What should I do if my csv is blank?

Occasionally, CSV files are returned blank after you download them to your computer. This can be caused for various reasons, such as an invalid search or server or connectivity errors. If your CSV file is returned blank, please try the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the downloads page, locate the correct file by search name, and download your file again. Check if it is blank.
  2. If the file is still blank, click the "Report file" link next to the "Download Csv" button, select "The file was blank", and click "Report file".
  3. ListShack will automatically check if the file is blank on our servers. If it is, then you'll automatically be credit for the leads, and you should redo your search and download the file again from the search page.
