How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Billing page:

1. Login to your account.
2. Click the menu at the top.
3. Click settings, then billing
4. Click "Cancel subscription", and confirm that you'd like to cancel

Notes about account cancellations:

• Accounts with grandfathered plans will not be able to resubscribe with the same plan type. Resubscribers are only able to select from the currently available plans.
• Refunds are not given for cancellations that occur after the monthly subscription payment. You will, however, continue to have access to ListShack until the end of the billing period.
