ListShack Text Message Program
ListShack is a service of Edinburgh Holdings LLC.
This page is public so you can read the program and see the opt-in checkbox without logging in. Consent is recorded only inside a ListShack account, when the customer checks the box.
Program: ListShack account notifications, a service of Edinburgh Holdings LLC. Messages include one-time verification codes, account and order updates (for example, new records or a completed list order), and replies to your support requests. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Consent: You join by checking the optional SMS box under Company phone in your ListShack company profile (at signup or under Settings > Profile). Consent is not a condition of purchase. Verification codes are sent only when you request one.
Frequency: Message frequency varies.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) at any time. You'll receive one confirmation text and no further messages. Reply START to the number you texted STOP to. Rechecking the box in Settings > Profile is optional after that and does not lift the block.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Email: If you give us your email address we may send you administrative emails about the Services and responses to your requests. You can unsubscribe from non-essential email using the link in each message.
If you change or deactivate your mobile number, update your profile within 48 hours so that messages aren't sent to the number's new owner.
How to opt in
Customers opt in inside their ListShack account. On the company profile step at signup, and later under Settings > Profile, the customer enters a company phone number. Below it is an optional checkbox, unchecked by default and not required to save the profile. Only customers who check the box receive account, order, and support texts. Verification codes are sent only when the customer requests one.
The checkbox reads: “Text me account, order, and support updates from ListShack (Edinburgh Holdings LLC). Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.”
Unlimited Mailing Lists customers use the same ListShack program. On that site the brand line reads “Text me account, order, and support updates from ListShack, the service behind Unlimited Mailing Lists (Edinburgh Holdings LLC).” The rest of the disclosure, including frequency, rates, STOP/HELP, and these Privacy Policy and SMS Terms links, is the same.
The checkbox customers see
This is the company phone field and SMS checkbox from the profile form. It is optional, it starts unchecked, and checking it on this page does not save consent.
